The pathway on top of the river bank has been opened up from near the wooden steps and now enables the public to look over the construction site. Note white rock sacks to the left.

The sacks, containing small rocks and stones, are the last remaining ones and are neatly lined up awaiting removal from the site. The stones would be recycled and used in the construction of footpaths.
