Large ‘tent’ in woods, 2021
This was part of the Forever Wild Forest School’s amenities for young children. It was located in an open space in the fields and woods below the wall along Ford Lane.
Wildlife Forever Forest School
Young children sitting on logs under the tent. The aim was to provide lots of fun and interesting activities to help them reconnect with the wild and nature.
Uprooted and fallen tree
A large and mature tree near the top of the bank had been uprooted and as it fell seriously damaged another mature tree. Tree surgeons had to attend to both trees in order to make the area safe. Houses on Ford Lane can be seen in the background.
