Holt House pictured from the junction of Ford Lane and Deneford Road
Right of the gate once stood an entrance drive that went past a lodge before reaching Highfield Mansion, now the site of Highfield on Dene Road. A wall, once marking the boundary of the land belonging to the Ashton and Levinstein families and now partially hidden, extends from this point to Dene Road and then alongside other properties on the other side of the road.
